Due to the nature of our products, and the impact of COVID 19  Unfortunately NO! We do not accept refunds. All sales are final NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanging can be made within 24 hour after placing your order and before your order has been shipped. Just send us an email at eyecatchinggem@gmail.com and tell us. Once an order has been shipped there's no exchanges.
